Are food/beverages allowed?
We do not allow any food or open drinks without a lid or cap in our rooms.

Are the rooms ADA Compliant?
Yes! All of our rooms are ADA compliant. If you have ANY questions about the rooms or experiences, feel free to call us!

Are the Room Private?
Yes! When you reserve your room, you will not have anyone else join.

Can I pay with cash?
We do NOT carry cash on-site. If we do, we can not guarantee exact change.

Are phones allowed in the rooms?
You are allowed to have your phone in the room, but we do not allow any recording or footage to be taken for respect of spoilers. *personal use is fine*

Is there a child's price?
Players ages 7 - 12 have a much lower price than the regular Player ticket.
Children under 7 years old come in for FREE!
*There must be at least 1 Adult player per group.*

Is there a Cancellation Policy?
You will be able to cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the time reserved. After 24 hours, we will only be able to reschedule the time, NO refund available after 24 hours.
*Rescheduling within 24 hours of your reservation is a $5 fee. You are not able to ask for a refund if you do.*
